My Background and Career
I made a decision for the biggest changes in my life/career in the moment when nobody considered it was reasonable. My marriage ended, I was fired from work, I had no money and stayed with three children. Last money I spent on study a new field and later I have set up a successful business. I bet on myself and decided to listen to my instinct and take responsibility for my decisions.
I was "famous", I filled title pages of tabloids and had to overcome prejudices and public defamation.
At home and at school reproached me that I was stubborn, I was discussing and ask too much, I wanted to do things differently than they said... - in some sense all this features helped me :-)
The family always questioned my dreams and skills. As a child I was the "black sheep" and still I am.
My accomplishments just make them shake their heads and they thought they are only random. I had no support from my partner, who competed with me.
I had to understand who I am, to became aware of my value and build my self-confidence. I understood that freedom is beautiful because of the fact, you are doing what you want and you are responsible for it just to yourself.
I did not have much money and I had to take care of myself and my three children. I set up my business and then I realise I can use my experience, my skills and my expertness for those who need it - in the nonprofit sector.
My handicapped daughter showed me different values and a different perspective, a different perception of the word "success". Thanks to her, I began to engage in various non-profit projects/ charity foundation.
Lifelong learning is the most important and best thing I ever did for myself. I studied new courses to improve my skills.
I have a vision, and I'm not afraid of changes. I can analyze the situation and make effective conclusions. I can assess the potential of the people I work with and motivate them. When I fall I get up again and keep going up.

Hints & Tips
Obstacles to success can be found only in our own heads.
Failure does not exist, there is only feedback.
Believe in yourself, surround yourself with quality, supporting and inspiring people. And love yourself.
Leader must be interested in his or her people, must be able to juggle between different managing styles, must be skilled in effective communication, must be enthusiastic and engaged in his project
Leader must overcome ego, to put a project on the first place, to have a vision.
I always look at women who are older than me and I'm looking at them for inspiration. So I know that it is possible to establish a successful company in the age of 60, to emigrate to the other end of the world in 50 without the knowledge of the language and build a new life, to become assistant to the President at 55, learn a foreign language in 80 - I love women who love life.
