My Background and Career
I worked for 10 years as HR manager at AV MEDIA, then as General manager at ProMoPro, where I worked on a project of acquisition and transformation. I am now managing director and director of YVENTECH that is the result of mentioned transformation.
A great opportunity for me was the possibility to work on transformation projects not only in the field of HR, but especially in the area of business and performance of the company. Gradually, I also began to participate in the implementation of grants for education, as well as the introduction of IT products into our sales portfolio and related training for employees. The big challenge for me was accepting the role not as an employee, but the executive director and co-owner of the company with greater responsibility to our clients, employees, but also and especially in the legislative and legal fields. It's a partial freedom at a very great responsibility.
Creating new contacts takes a lot of time and thereby you may lose other contacts and friends who are not so important at that moment for any reason. I have to far more effectively and consistently working against the time I dedicate to people, and choose what makes me a more fulfilling and rewarding. Fell off "unnecessary" contacts that had no long-term significance.
Initially, I had a great feeling of loneliness than I realized and developed a relationship and trust with people. I also had to accept the fact that some colleagues I would have to embark on the labor market because we don't have similar values for a company, and how it works.
The money helped me, it is good to have reserves for possible investments in new products and investment in the company to increase the shares, of course reserve for the start in case it will not be as steep as expected. So money helped where it was needed to dig up some personal savings.
I educate myself almost continuously in both managerial skills and finance, marketing, product-specific areas of AV technologies

Don't be afraid to change but prepare your business plan, don't miss trade and product/service, which can succeed.
Entrepreneurship is a very difficult discipline.
For me, it is about the competencies, accepting the responsibility in business, also accepting the social and personal responsibility and also accept the leadership role in organisation and have the focus in daily business to suppliers and clients.
