My Background and Career

Several-years practice in a leading international law firm helped me to acquire a lot of professional experience and knowledges useful for my following career, and to meet my current business partners. At the same time, several-years practice in a leading international firm helped me to understand which way in my career is not acceptable for me.
To establish a new law firm required significant financial investment from my own sources, and we had to overcome the initial period (combined with the economic recession) to stabilize the clientele and start to grow
I had to learn how to cooperate with people having sometimes different views from my own.


My Experience

Mainly through personal relationships with my colleagues, we decided to establish a joint law office. Without good personal relations between the partners would not be possible. Also, relationships with clients are one of the most important factors in my work.
I needed money to start own business and overcome the initial period. If I did not have enough savings at the beginning, it would be much harder.
Without the support of family, everything would be much more difficult. Especially my husband very supported and still supports it as taking care of our baby.
I work in an industry where you can not operate without adequate education, therefore, in my case, education is a necessary condition for the performance of my work.

I am quite rationally minded person, independent, responsible and perfectionistic. I think it is helping me in my job.

I am able to learn and put into practice new information in my work. I easily adapt myself to changes. I know and I use the required techniques to do a good job. I easily spread and transmit information. I listen and I pay attention to other people’s problems. I like partnership building. Personal development through my job is important. The personal development of people working with me is important. I solve problems and I find solutions. I am able to quickly make up my mind. I am able to use the experience and advice of others.

That which does not kill me, makes me stronger.
All what you do, do at your best and with maximum effort.
Concentrate on the activity in which you are excellent.
Do not underestimate yourself, but also do not overestimate yourself.
Use your brain.
It is necessary to continuously develop the ability to solve problems, make decisions, communicate and cooperate with others.
Also to find the self-satisfaction in your business activity and always perform with the full effort and optimism.
When bad times come, believe in good future. In good times, do not forget that they usually do not last forever.
