My Background and Career
Before I founded my own company I worked for 10 years as a manager in the audit and consulting divisions of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Warsaw and Frankfurt. I’ve specialised in the implementation of innovative strategy CEM (Customer Experience Management). In addition, I was responsible for the development of 20 consultants and Assessment and Development Center, the new members of the team.
Horse Assisted Education is an innovative method for the development of people in which horses are involved.
I am a pioneer of Horse Assisted Education in Poland.
Lead development programmes in leadership, relationship building and change management. I am also the founder and trainer of trainers consecutive Academy training in this method. I first or second in the world in terms of accreditation to licensing of new ones. Development programmes conducted by, among others Horse Assisted Education for Bank BPH, BRE Bank, Blue Media, Bank Millennium, Bayer, BZ WBK, Capgemini, Citibank, DHL, the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, Hewlett-Packard, IKEA, ING Financial Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble, Ulma, Teva, TVP 2 , PLIVA.
I currently lecture at the School of Business Trainers and Coaches TROP.
